An introductory training course focuses on presentation of CRM and Salesforce, as a set of tools for support of marketing, sales, or customer service.
High quality CRM offers your company improved organisation of activities, knowledge of customers and relationships with them, automates processes and makes recording, updating, or archiving them clearer. All of this immediately and across the whole company. We clearly show how to achieve this during the training course.
Training lasts no longer than half a day and apart from basic computer skills and knowledge of how to use the internet, no other special experience is necessary.
Training takes place in groups of 4-11 people.
